The Teaching and Learning Center, BRIDGE, and the Center for Innovative Instruction (CII) advance this goal by allowing Rider educators to coordinate forward-thinking approaches and activities across disciplines at Rider, and to re-frame teaching and learning methods and ideas according to the most cutting-edge education research available today.

More than 95 percent of Rider’s faculty members hold a Ph.D. or the highest credential in their field.  Twelve are Fulbright Scholars.  Rider's faculty brings real-world experience to the classroom that elevates what you learn from mere theory to “real-world” knowledge.  They understand what a graduate needs to be successful whether it’s on the job, preparing for admission to graduate or professional school, or building long-lasting relationships.
